Starts in a balanced stance with a smooth controlled load, then uses a leg kick. Bat speed is above average and exhibits a level swing plane. Above average while in the infield, made throws up to 84 mph; had a clean exchange, soft hands, and quick athletic footwork. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Displayed speed and athleticism at the event, recording a 60 time of 6.99.

Swing Mechanics: Lefty bat with a fluid, athletic load that leads to a balanced launch.
Hit: Very athletic actions in the box. Takes a professional BP for his age, taking what the pitch gives him and sprays it around the yard. Advanced feel for the barrel inside his all fields approach. Smooth swinger with quick hands too and heavy hands through.
Power: 90 mph exit velocity. Present gap abilities.
Offensive Projection: Multiple Roles.
Run: 4.31 H-1st.
Field: Middle infielder skill set. Ton of feel for his hands with the ability to make all the plays. Really looks the part out there.
Throw: 71 mph. Velo plays up due to quick transfer. Can use multiple arm angles and throw with ease on the move.
Defensive Projection: All three skill spots.
Additional Comments: ‘22 with a bright future. One of the more complete skill sets in his class. D1 prospect.

Really liked what I saw from Kaczmar. A talented defender that has a skill set that looks to play up the middle. Very mechanically sound footwork with athletic actions throughout fielding sequence. Moves well laterally and flashed the ability to make difficult plays on the move. Left-handed hit tool was also impressive. Simple, yet athletic load into a balanced launch. Handsy hitter with easy whip and feel for contact. Line drive guy who should grow into gap abilities as strength arrives. Talented player.

Another guy who impressed with physical tools and baseball IQ. At the plate he has a fluid loading sequence with well timed movements that generate energy into contact. Nice, balanced swing with the ability to spray it all over the yard. Can find the gap now and looks to have a ton more left in there. Looked the part in the infield as well. Ball skills are advanced for class, picking the ball off the ground with ease inside funnel and on the move. Solid, well-rounded ball player.

5-foot-8, 165 pound right-hand hitting infielder/catcher is young and extremely gifted with ability. His glovework at short showed some of the better hands at the event with fluid actions fielding and releasing the ball. Feet were quick and worked efficiently getting in good position to field allowing for a strong throwing position with a velocity of 73 mph. Behind the plate, Kaczmar displayed quick feet with a quick transfer. Overall, natural actions and feel for the position. He threw with a 69 mph velocity from the crouch and had an impressive pop time at 1.96-2.03. Offensively has quick hands, level bat path and exhibits strong power for his size with an 87 mph exit velocity. Young, but shows bright signs of a very well developing infielder and hitter.
