Positional Profile: 2B/RHP

Body: 5-foot-10, 150-pound athletic frame

Hit: RHH.  At the plate shows a slightly open stance and smooth stride back to neutral.  Has a rhythmic swing with the hands being very active.  Likes to swing hard but does a good job of maintaining balance throughout the swing.  Pull-side approach and hit a lot of line drives in the session.  Makes contact with the ball a little deeper in the zone but does a good job of getting extension with a good bat path. 

Power: 82 mph exit velocity from the tee and 86 in BP. 

Arm: RH. INF - 77 mph.  Long and loose arm action with a ¾ arm slot. 

Defense: In the infield shows soft hands and funnels ball into the body.  Works around the ball with choppy feet and can play a little tall at times.  Does a good job of changing arm angles and exchanges are developing. 

Run:7.45 runner in the 60.

Delivery: On the mound shows a smooth and repeatable delivery.  Breaks hands away from chest and works the ball across the body.  Strides closed down the mound and rotates hard off of plant leg.

Arm Action: RH.  ¾ arm action and finishes across the body.

FB: 73-75 mph, slight arm side run with a good spin rate.

CB: 61-62 mph, loopy 11/5 action.

SL: 63-67 mph, lots of horizontal break and good command. 

CH: 64-66 mph, much slower spin than fastball and good fading action. 

A lean 5-foot-10, 150-pound frame with lots of room to add size and strength. On the mound, the right-hander works from an average tempo delivery with a big rocker step and high leg kick before sinking into his back side and driving down the mound, finishing to the first base side. Arm action is long, loose, fluid, and clean in the back before coming through a high-¾ slot with looseness. Fastball shows some arm-side run at 69-71 mph, mostly strikes. Curveball has rolling action with 11/5 shape at 57-58 mph, some strikes. Changeup shows consistent fade thrown with full arm speed at 62-64, mph. 

The young, 5-foot-10, 150-pound corner infielder showcased a lean frame with present strength and room to add more in the future. The right-handed hitter starts with an even, square stance utilizing high hands and a leg-hang to initiate his swing. Generated solid hip drive through the baseball yielding a flat bat path upon impacting 76 mph bat-exit velocities. Showed feel for his hands with a simple, consistent swing that demonstrated ability to adjust to pitches in all zones. Recorded a 7.96 60-yard dash. The primary third baseman displayed a low center of gravity arriving to the baseball early, albeit on time with consistency. Soft hands allowed for easy transfers to a short, high ¾ arm-slot, creating accurate 71 mph throws across the infield.
