Uncommitted 2022 Caden Reed of the Titans easily had the loudest round of batting practice on Field 5. The 6-foot-2, 190-pound shortstop flashed his juice from the left-side, leaving the yard once and reaching the warning track several times with a top exit velocity of 97 mph. Not only does he have size and strength but he also runs a sub 6.80. He closed out a really good overall day showing his arm strength across the diamond at 82 mph. Reed will be sure to draw plenty of interest from college coaches going forward and is one of the top uncommitted 2022s in the province.

Reed, 6-foot-2, 190-pounds, is physical LHH from the Titans. Reed has an aggressive swing and displays strong, quick hands through the zone. He starts in an open stance with his hands high, he then gets into a toe tap for timing and when he's one time, he looks to do damage. He tends to get a little pull happy, but the power potential is evident with his strong, athletic frame. He’s been up to 94.3mph exit velo. Reed runs a 6.75 60, so he has the speed tool as well that plays on the bases and defensively. Defensively, he shows the ability to make plays and has the ability to make throws from different angles with with a 86mph velo across the diamond. Reed is an uncommitted 2022 grad with tools all over the diamond and has the ability to compete at the next level.
