Tehan, 5-foot-11, 173-pounds,is one of the more exciting arms in the 2024 class and he showed why at the Future Games Trials. He is a guy who starts out of the stretch, with a repeatable delivery and throws all his pitches in a similar arm slot throwing quality strikes. Tehan is 86-88 mph with arm side run on the FB with 3 quality secondary offerings. CB is 74-75 with 12-6 movement that bites hard going through the zone. The SL has sweeping action sitting 74-75 mph and the CH is 78-79 mph with some fade. Tehan will be a close follow this summer in the 2024 class as we expect the velo to continue to rise.

Tehan was under control and did a good job of throwing strikes and mixing in his curveball that had proper rotation and shape at 70-72 mph. The fastball worked in the low 80’s and with his clean arm action and delivery, it's not hard to imagine his stuff taking a tick up here in the fall and really climbing early on in 2022.
