Offensively: RHH. Even setup, with feet narrow; upright bat position. Short take back with the hands with a slight leg-kick for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing a strong lower half. Showed a slight lift to the ball with a two handed finish.  More flyballs than line drives and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 87 MPH via Trackman. Displayed some pull side power.

Defensively: Starts with a compact setup; uses prep hop while showing active feet. Hands work through the ball with a seamless transfer. Short take back from a standard 3/4 arm slot.  INF - 81 MPH. Displayed an extremely quick transfer with a plus arm.

10/01/22

Physical: Developing, athletic 5-foot-7, 145lb frame. 6.75 runner in the 60-yard dash.

Pitching: RHP. The righty begins fast off the middle of the rubber; slight pause at the top of the stack with hip-coil and unwinds with rotation down the slope. Quick upper-half move across his body after getting the arm up from a H ¾ slot. Pitched at 78-80 mph (2020) with some tail in on righties, mixing a shorter 68-70 mph CB on an 11/5 tilt. Added a 70-72 mph straight-CH with varying command.

6/12/22

Physical: Uber-athletic 5-foot-7, 165lb frame. 6.75 runner in the 60-yard dash.

Offensively: RHH. Quiet, backleaning setup from a narrow, even stance. Utilized a short lift and replace stride out towards the pitcher, holding positioning in the box while accelerating the turn from behind the front hip. Repeated a flat, simple path towards a two-handed finish for a line drive approach to all fields. Recorded a T86 mph bat-exit velocity and continued success during gameplay with a pair of hits to pull.

Defensively: The shortstop projects to be an above-average defender. Quick feet and makes all the plays in either direction. Light on the toes with ability to change routes depending on speed/hop. Released fluidly from a H ¾ slot up to 86 mph across the diamond.

Pitching: RHP - Setup off the middle of the rubber while working fast. Repeated the delivery with some crossfire and mixed 78-80 mph FB for strikes with a sharp 70-72 mph breaker. Two-way feel and mound presence.

Physical: Compact, athletic 5-foot-7, 160lb frame. 7.03 runner in the 60-yard dash.

Offensively: RHH - Balanced, slightly coiled stance over the backside leg; the hands started lower slotted at the shoulder. Utilized a leg-lift, up/down to initiate the swing through a flat, connected path. Produced lots of flush contact to all quadrants with highly seasoned movements at the plate. Consistently worked through extension to the middle of the field, spraying extra-bases from gap to gap for line drives. Posted a T86 mph bat-exit velocity with a strong, top of the order type skillset and more coming.

Defensively: The primary shortstop featured quick, rangy actions in either direction with ability to round off routes on the last couple steps. Drove direct to the target right-left, and transferred quickly, getting rid from a H ¾ slot (accurate, 76 mph arm).

Pitching: RHP - Started from the wind off the middle of the rubber; deep side-rocker into a higher leg lift with hip-coil at the stack. Drove downhill into footstrike, getting over the front-side well at release (fluid, H ¾ slot). The FB landed from 75-77 mph with obvious carry to the letters.
