Physical: Strong, muscular 5-foot-11, 185lb frame with projection. 7.02 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Upright, slightly open stance, as the hands operated high around the head to begin. Utilized a repeatable leg-lift stride to initiate the swing through a flat, direct path into the hitting zone. Extended plane on the finish, able to produce consistent hard contact to the pull-side gap during BP. Mature hitter that carried a seasoned approach into gameplay at T93 mph exit velocity (330 feet, 70% sweet spot).
Defensively: The middle infielder demonstrated an aggressive lower half through the ball with funneled actions in the glove-hand. Made all the plays and reached back for 88 mph arm-strength across the dirt from H ¾ slot.
Physical: 5-foot-11, 185 pounds; Muscular, broad shouldered build. 7.14 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Even setup, with feet just outside his shoulders; has a pre-pitch bat waggle. Short take back with the hands with an up and down stride for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing a strong lower half. Showed a slight lift to the ball with a two handed finish. More flyballs than line drives and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 89 MPH via Trackman.
Defensively: Starts with a low to the ground setup; uses prep hop while covering ground laterally. Hands are soft with a seamless transfer. Moderate arm circle from a high 3/4 arm slot. INF - 86 MPH.
Physical: Strong, projectable 5-foot-11, 185lb frame with present two-way consideration. 7.20 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH - Calm, slightly open setup at a medium-postured position as the hands operated loosely; utilized a leg lift stride on time with a barrel tip allowing for a violent, slightly uphill path to unleash into the hitting zone accurately. Held direction and tilt over the rear hip creating lots of lift on pitches above the belt, driving the ball to the LCF gap for extra-bases during batting practice. Notched a T90 bat-exit velocity en route to a near 300 foot batted ball distance via Trackman and then took solid bat to ball skills into game action with minimal swing/miss.
Defensively: The primary shortstop featured quick feet and low posture, ranging in either direction with comfort to his glove hand side. Fielded softly off the middle of his body using a wide base and clean exchanges, releasing from an immediate/strong high ¾ slot (84 mph arm, left side tendencies, carry on target).
Pitching: RHP - Started off the left side of the rubber with gaining pace throughout the delivery; good separation and length down the slope allowing for on-time rotation at footstrike from H ¾ (FB ranged 79-81 mph, 11.2 inches of AVG HM via Trackman). Mixed a gradual, short 68-70 mph CB at an 11/5 tilt and countered with a developing 68-71 mph CH appearing straight, thrown for strikes in any count (near 50% zone rate).
Physical: Large, physical 5-foot-11, 175-pound frame with athleticism in the actions. 7.60 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH - Tall, slightly bent stance from an open setup. Utilized a deliberate leg lift stride coupled with a barrel tip at the top of the load; the bat head worked through an efficient, slightly uphill attack angle and into the hitting zone yielding a 50% line drive rate per Trackman Baseball. Middle of the field approach while showing sink and staying into the legs well throughout the swing. Was adjustable and could manipulate barrel angles based on the quadrant he was pitched into. Recorded 90 mph bat-exit velocity and a 300 foot maximum batted ball distance during his batting practice round with room for more; the connection was there throughout the mechanics.
Defensively: The primary middle infielder featured a rhythmic, attacking style of play with a low center of gravity and good bend in the knees. The posture worked out in front with the nose over the toes yielding downhill momentum towards the target as he showed a soft glove hand towards the baseball. Accurate 81 mph arm strength across the diamond and made the play on the run from a multitude of arm slots.
Pitching: The righty hopped on the bump with low spin FB’s out of an average paced delivery; with good timing in the hand break / leg drive out towards the plate. Sat 77-79 mph mixing in a developing 66 mph CB. Countered with a low spin 71-72 mph CH which could be solid with improved command in the zone.
Physical: A lean and athletic, 5-foot-10, 165 pound 2023 graduate.
Offensively: Starts in an upright and slightly open stance, his hands start low and work back on his load along with a medium stride. Had a launch angle approach as he consistently put the ball in the air and attacked it on the way up. 88 mph peak exit velo per Trackman with more to come in the future.
Defensively: Walks into ready position and gets low to the ground on approach. Plays from the ground up and fields the ball out in front and in the middle of his body. Showcased a 77 mph arm out of a ¾ arm slot.
Showcased a lean 5-foot-10, 165-pound frame with present strength and long actions. The right-handed hitter begins with a wide, even stance utilizing a lift-and-replace stride with advanced sink into the lower half to initiate a flat barrel path into the hitting zone. Generated quality hand speed through contact allowing for occasional pull-side lift and a repeatable, line-drive approach to both gaps during batting practice. Recorded a solid 86 mph bat-exit velocity during batting practice and ran a 7.38 60-yard dash. The primary shortstop demonstrated adequate footwork with a moderately low center of gravity and a glove tap in his rhythm. Created consistent momentum using long strides towards the target during defensive evaluations with a soft glove hand playing out in front yielding an accurate 76 mph arm-strength across the diamond out of a high ¾ arm-slot.
5-foot-9, 150-pound right-handed hitter starts from a square stance and initiates his swing with a heel-raise stride. Displayed balance throughout with a feel for the barrel. Registered a bat exit velocity of 78 mph and ran a 7.88 60-yard dash. Showcased athletic actions defensively with easy 64 mph arm strength across the diamond. The righty sat 66-68 of the mound from a high 3/4 arm slot. Showed a feel for spin with a curveball that sat 53-59. Also showed above average feel for his changeup with some sink at 60-62.
