10/19/18 - (Jupiter) 6-foot-3 Louisville recruit delivered a controlled, polished outing on Friday, throwing three innings with four strikeouts and one walk. The fastball topped at 89, sitting 87-88, and flashed at times a swing-and-miss low-70s breaking ball with depth. Tulio's arm is long and clean, and gets excellent extension out front.

Comments
6/15/18 - 6-foot-3, 205-pound lefty went 4-3 with a 3.00 ERA as a junior. Allowed just 12 hits over 28 innings of work, but command is still an issue (32 walks vs. 60 strikeouts). Capable of running his fastball into the low 90s while comfortably sitting in the upper 80s. Curveball when harnessed is an out pitch at the next level in the mid 80s with two-plane action.
1/18/16- Freshman would fit in physically on a college roster right now with his 6-foot-2, 200-pound build. He featured a low-80s fastball that peaked at 83, coupled with a mid-60s curveball.
