With one final season of high school games just around the corner and college baseball on the horizon, the Class of 2019 rankings in Pennsylvania have been updated for the next to last time. One final update will be released shortly before a few of these players are lucky enough to hear their names called in the June amateur draft. Look for an update to the PBR overall rankings for this class to be released in the coming week.
+ LHP Kellan Tulio (Emmaus), a Louisville recruit, slides up four spots in this update to No. 7 following a strong fall. The lefty has shown an upper 80s fastball that can touch the low 90s while also flashing a swing-and-miss low-70s breaking ball with depth. Tulio's arm is long and clean, and gets excellent extension out front.
+ RHP Will Bednar (Mars Area), a Mississippi State recruit, also slides back into the top 10, as he continues to show a fastball that runs into the mid-90s. The 6-foot-2, 210-pounder had a breakout junior season going 8-0 with a 0.64 ERA. He struck out 120 batters in 66 innings of work while only walking 11.
