A simple calculation that divides the athlete’s Exit Velocity Max by the athlete’s 60 Yard Dash time for the given event year. For example, 98 MPH / 7.00s = 14.00.
A fastball with hop has a flat approach angle and visually jumps through the zone. When thrown up in the zone, it is more likely to generate a higher swing and miss average. Hop+ of 100 is MLB average.
Fastball
Sink+
A fastball with sink has low backspin and drops through the strike zone. When thrown down in the zone, it is more likely to generate a higher ground ball percentage and lower launch angle. Sink+ of 100 is MLB average.
Fastball
Rise+
A fastball with rise has a high percentage of backspin. When thrown up in the zone, it is more likely to generate a higher fly ball percentage. Rise+ of 100 is MLB average

Arm Slot
Angle of the forearm relative to the ground between maximum external rotation (MER) and ball release (BR). Which can be a powerful player comparison metric, delivered in degrees.
Knee Extension Velo
The angular velocity of the front knee straightening after foot plant, which provides indicators of velocity potential. Measured in degrees per second.
Deception
The amount of time that the ball is visible to the hitter, after the instant of front foot strike. Measures in milliseconds.

The difference in angle of between the hips and shoulders, occurring close to the foot plant. Measured in degrees.
Physical: Durable, starter’s build at 6-foot-1, 190lbs with feel for the body.
Pitching: LHP. Begins from the middle of the rubber; compact delivery that repeats among the best with plenty of tempo out in front from an OTT slot. Works short to long in the arm-action, gaining command of the arm-side corner at 84-86.4 mph (2212) with some carry traits. Mixed a two-plane 71-74 mph SL with ability to land for strikes, and added a 77-78 mph CH with good sell, showing short action at the moment.
6/15/21
Physical: Strong, projectable 6-foot-1, 180lb frame in a high-waisted build.
Pitching: LHP - Started off the middle left side of the rubber using above-average pace to an athletic delivery, getting to a compact stack position before driving towards the plate out of a drop/drive operation. Released at a repeatable H ¾ slot with downward tilt into the zone, as the FB ranged 79-82 mph holding strikes at a near 50% clip. Mixed a gradual 62-65 mph CB with 1/7 shape that dodged barrels and got groundball contact to the left side of the infield. Later added a solid 69-71 mph CH killing spin (1400+ rpms) and showed small, short fade to the arm-side; threw in any count.
