Offensively: RHH. Open setup, with feet shoulder width apart; upright bat position. Lifts hands with an up and down stride for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing an average effort from the legs. Showed a short swing path with a two handed finish.  More line drives than flyballs and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 93 MPH via Trackman.

Defensively: Starts with a low to the ground setup; uses prep hop while covering ground laterally. Hands are underneath the body with a clean transfer. Short take back from a standard 3/4 arm slot.   INF - 76 MPH.

10/01/22

Physical: Projectable 5-foot-11, 190lb frame with added strength. 7.61 runner in the 60.

Offensively: RHH. Grounded, slightly open stance, as the barrel operates flat over the shoulder. Utilized a controlled leg-lift stride to initiate the swing through a connected, uphill path into the hitting zone towards a two-handed finish. Maintained balance at the plate and got extended for a T89 mph exit velocity via Trackman. Showed off a lofted approach to the middle of the field.

Defensively: The catcher sits low in a traditional crouch position, receiving quietly in the pocket. Pop times ranged between 2.07-2.13 with a quick transfer to throwing hand and a 72 mph arm-strength. Slid over to first base as well, featuring an adequate feel around the bag.

6/14/22

Physical: Strong, projectable 5-foot-11, 190lb frame. 7.35 runner in the 60-yard dash.

Offensively: RHH. Shoulder-width, upright stance, as the barrel starts up/down to begin. Utilized a controlled leg-lift stride to initiate the swing through a direct, flat path that matches plane. Clean turn with no restrictions, allowing for some gap-to-gap pop off the barrel at T87 mph bat-exit velocity during BP. Delivered two extra-base hits in game action with ability to time up the fastball.

Defensively: The primary backstop featured a traditional stance in the crouch with a soft glove hand that worked corner-to-corner. Pop times ranged from 2.12-2.22, showing off a quick trigger at the ear on the transfer at H ¾ slot (71 mph). Varying consistency on the bag.
