Everything that Price does is aggressive. The New Mexico commit has quality feel for the barrel and posted a 91 mph exit velocity. He has a bazooka for an arm in the outfield (93 mph) and it translates behind the plate (80 mph) where he is a high end athlete with a lighting fast exchange on pop times (1.91-1.94).
Price posted one of the best pop times of any catcher during the workout (1.88-1.93) with a velocity from the crouch of 78 mph. He has a super fast exchange with quick footwork that allows him to get rid of the ball with a short arm stroke. Price stands 5-foot-9 at 170 pounds, but his bat has consistently played bigger than his frame. The right-handed hitter has a balanced approach, starting from a tall stance then lifts his front leg as he triggers his hands back, aggressive hack with quick-strong hands (93 exit velocity) and high end barrel awareness. Price showed the ability to hit at a high level, collecting four knocks in three games with a handful of RBI. In game two, his first single, a rocket through the 6 hole, was followed by a base hit into right field. In game three, he had a huge two-RBI single that helped seal with win for Team Texas.
Price has a quick-twitch, muscular frame at 5-foot-9, 170-pounds. Posted some of the best pop times of any PBR Event from the summer with 1.86-1.93 and a velocity from the crouch of 79 mph. Ultra-fast exchange with quick footwork, arm works clean with a short swing and natural release with regular effort. Athletic defender with good mobility. The right-handed hitter packs a punch at the plate with a simple swing that starts from a tall, balanced setup with high hands. Smooth load as he lifts his front leg, taking a short stride as he triggers his hands back, landing square before rotating his lower half to transfer weight. Gap type power with a 93 exit velocity, flashes carry to the pull side.
Price has an athletic, muscular frame at 5-foot-9, 165-pounds. The backstop posted some of the best pop times of any player in the sophomore class at 1.82-1.93 with an ultra-quick exchange, and threw bullets to second base with a velocity from the crouch of 78 mph. Moves with easy actions on blocks and bunts, and has soft hands receiving. In the outfield, Price plays through the ball with quick footwork and showcases a strong arm with a top velocity of 86 mph. The right-handed hitter starts from a tall, balanced setup before loading back smooth as he triggers his hands up and back. Quick bat with strong hands at contact, simple path with good barrel awareness through the zone, packs a punch for his size and has shown his ability to not only drive the ball to the gaps, but flashes good power for his size with an exit velocity of 93 mph off the tee.

Price is a gritty, athletic player with a fast-twitch, frame at 5-foot-9, 165-pounds. Behind the plate, he posted some of the most consistent pop times of the day (2.04-2.11) with a quick exchange, ultra-quick footwork, and velocity from the crouch of 75 mph. The right-handed hitter has solid strength for his size, quick-strong hands, high end barrel awareness. Makes hard contact on the barrel with gap power and an exit velocity of 90 mph. In the outfield, Price plays through the ball with an athletic crow hop, throws from a high slot with accuracy with a top velocity of 86 mph.
