Compact athletic frame. Defensively Adams has above average hands and moves well laterally. Right now he is suited best at second base, as the arm strength will need to improve to move across to the left side. At the plate it is a square athletic stance with a simple step to stride and lands square. Level path to contact and showed some hand speed while turning on an inside fastball in the first inning for an RBI single. Contact bat right now with some line drive tendency. Interesting 2023 with some feel for the barrel at the plate.
