Body: 6-foot, 170-pounds.
Hit: RHH. Athletic set upwith high hands. Slight arm bar load. Level path with uphill finish.
Power: 74 mph exit velocity from the tee. Strength to pull side with some extension.
Arm: RH. INF - 67 mph. Longer arm action from three quarter slot.
Defense: Sound foundation, Gets feet to ball. Like to see more active. Hands are clean, works thru to release.
Run: 5.2 Home-to-first time
6-foot, 170-pound athletic frame with slightly sloped shoulders that still has some projection left to it. Square athletic stance, hands load back with a slight drop, and strides closed. Swing gets on plane early and has a slight uphill path and some natural loft to it. Maintained some balance throughout and used the middle of the field well with some power potential built into the frame. Exit velocity was 84 mph.
Top Prospect Games East
Lloyd is 5-10 with an athletic frame that has some projection left to it. He hits from the right side from a slightly open athletic stance, strides on line, smooth load back into a wrap. Hips rotate completely and he maintains some lower half balance. Keeps hands inside, slightly uphill line drive swing, showed a good approach working gap to gap. On the mound, throws from an over-the-top arm slot with a short arm action and normal effort to his delivery. Shoulders are closed and downhill, lands closed with a fall-off finish. Fastball 72-74, touching 75 with some late run to it. Curveball was 56-59 with some armspeed and 11/5 break.
