8/24/18 - Verbally committed to Madison College.

5/23/18 - Uncommitted junior. 5-foot-11, 190-pound right-handed pitcher, solid durable build. Simple delivery, medium lift, works directionally to target, repeats, will use slide step in the stretch. Arm action is short and over the top, catcher type. Fastball is mostly straight, four seam, slight tilt when worked down early in game, flashed glove side command, 85-88 mph early, settled in at 84-86 through the sixth, got flat late in game. Curveball is plus offering for his age, hard 12/6 action, 72-76 mph, ability to command, throws for strikes in hitters’ counts to get back into at bats, CB got better as game went along, has depth and swing and miss action, go to pitch in pressure situations. Showed poise and competitiveness throughout, continued to attack hitters late in game when fastball started to elevate.

2.25.18 - 5-foot-11, 190-pound right-handed pitcher, solid strong build. Simple delivery, quiet and directional, shoulders stay level, high front side, in rhythm. Arm action is loose, full circle, over the top slot, little effort. Four seam type fastball with tilt, works downhill, 85-86 mph, touched 87 mph, pounds the zone. Curveball has 11/5 shape with depth, 69-72 mph, near-fastball arm speed. Changeup is straight, near fastball arm speed, showed feel of the zone, 74-77 mph.

2017 PBR Future Games - 5-foot-11, 185-pound two-way player, solid build. On the mound works directionally from an over the top slot, arm speed present. Pounds the zone with multiple pitches. Fastball is mostly straight, four seam type, mixes in two-seamer as well, 83-85 mph, touched 86 mph. Curveball plays at 73-74 mph. Defensively arm played at 72 mph out of the crouch, pop times at 2.08-2.12, above average actions. 7.77 runner in the 60. Right-handed hitter, stays on top of the baseball with gap to gap approach, line drive contact. 

4/7/17 - Solid strong build sophomore, durable catcher’s frame. Advanced defender, quiet defensive setup, soft hands, presents pitches well. Arm shows carry, quick catch and throw, solid actions. 2.10 in game, 2.18-2.19 between innings.

2/26/17 - 5-foot-11, 180-pound right-handed hitting RHP/C with a strong frame. On the mound works from an over the top arm angle with a long, loose arm action. Drop and drive, slow paced delivery working in line with home plate. Open toed landing with good balance. Fastball sat 81-82 mph for strikes. Curveball has 11-5 shape with short breaking action at 68-71 mph. Showed feel for his changeup at 71-73 mph for strikes. Offensively hits from a balanced setup with a smooth load and short stride. Line drive, pull hitter with fluid rhythm and an uphill swing path. Showed strength thru contact with 85 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 7.77. Defensively has a short arm action form an over the top slot. Accurate throws down to second base. Quick, clean exchange with soft hands. Popped 2.04-2.11 and threw 70 mph from the crouch.

7/26/16 - 5-foot-10, 165-pound catcher, solid build, projects strength. Right-handed hitter, balanced stance, short stride, maintains balance. Simple setup and approach, showed ability to backspin the baseball, path stays on top of the baseball, 86 mph exit velocity from the tee. Two hits in game play. Defensively showed well above average catching actions, short over the top slot, average arm strength, 74 mph out of the crouch. Clean exchange, strong blocker, active and agile feet, 2.11-2.19 pop times.

2/28/16 - 5-foot-9, 160-pound catcher, long legs, strong build. Right-handed hitter, open stance, short stride back to even, average balance. Short path, stayed on top, line drive type hitter, above average bat speed, 82 mph exit velocity from the tee. Upside with the bat. Defensively arm action is short and over the top, accurate arm, 73 mph out of the crouch. 2.11-2.19 pop times out of the crouch. Showed softer hands, good ability to receive the baseball, solid block and agile out of the crouch. On the mound delivery is athletic and repeatable, easy effort. Quick arm action, high ¾ slot. Fastball sat 79-80 mph, touched 81 mph, good feel and ability to control the zone. Curveball is 12/6 action, showed feel for the zone, 71-73 mph, thrown aggressively, high upside. Changeup flashed sink, good feel, 71-74 mph. High follow 2019.
