4/25/17 - UW-Milwaukee commit. Currently ranked No. 15 in the Wisconsin Class of 2017. 6-foot-2, 180-pound right-handed hitting short stop with an athletic frame. Impressed in the field for Tremper. Defensively has soft hands with a quick transfer. Fluid footwork, moves well laterally. Can play on the run. Showed off plus arm strength making a play in the hole to nail a runner at first.

7/716 - Athletically built 6-foot-2, 180-pound infielder, strong wiry frame. Aggressive defensively, concise footwork and lateral range, strong arm across the diamond, showcased it on multiple plays throughout the game. Started on the mound. Athletic, uptemepo delivery working from a high 3/4 arm angle with a quick arm action. Will continue to improve on the mound as he learns his delivery more. Fastball worked 84-86 topping out at 87 mph in the first inning. Settled in at 81-83 mph. Curveball has 10-4 shape at 66-67 mph for strikes.

2/28/16 - 6-foot-2, 180-pound right-handed hitting SS/RHP with a lanky, athletic frame. Defensively has a loose arm action from a high ¾ slot. Accurate throws with carry across the infield throwing 87 mph. Plays thru the ball with a quick exchange and soft hands. Offensively hits from a balanced setup, loads hands to backside with a short linear stride. Short swing path with a one arm finish. 81 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 7.19. On the mound works form a high ¾ arm angle with a long, quick arm action. Slight drop and drive delivery with a high leg kick and good explosion in the core. Got good extension on his fastball that sat 85-87 mph. Curveball showed 10-4 shape at 65-68 mph for strikes. Maintained armspeed on changeup at 69-73 mph.

7/31/15 - 6-foot-2, 170-pound, right-handed hitting shortstop with a lanky, athletic frame. Ran the 60 at 7.02. Defensively has a short arm action from a high ¾ arm slot. Soft, sure hands with a quick transfer and release. Fluid footwork with agility, playing thru the ball.  Good body control on run thru. Threw 82 mph across the infield in workouts. At the plate hits from a tall, slightly open stance. Hands load to backside and a long stride. Short path to ball with extension thru contact. 82 mph exit velocity from a tee. Will continue to improve offensively with added strength.

6.21.15 - Rangy athlete, 6-foot-2, 170-pounds. Good actions at shortstop, hands play well showed the ability to play on the move. Arm works athletically, strong arm across the diamond with carry and accurate, has the ability to make the play in the six-hole.

5/22/15 - 6-foot-2, 170-pound, right-handed hitting shortstop with a lanky athletic frame. Body projects to add more strength. Currently ranked No. 6 in the Wisconsin Class of 2017. Defensively displayed soft, sure hands with a quick transfer. Advanced actions. Showed awareness and solid footwork around the bag turning double plays. Ranged up the middle to field a groundball and backhand flip the ball to the second baseman starting a double play. At the plate hits from an upright open stance, early rhythm with a stiff load. 4.60 down the line.

4/16/15 - Lean projectable frame, long loose limbs, gangly type body, 6-foot-1, 165-pound shortstop. Defensively showed a strong arm with carry across the diamond, arm plays well on the move as well, lanky athlete. Solid range to both sides, showed the ability to get in front of the ball in the hole and make a strong accurate throw across the diamond. Good feel for the game, instinctual internal clock, controls the speed of the game well. Offensively showed good bat speed, right-handed hitter, solid bat control, knack for the barrel, minimal swing and miss. Projects to be one of the top position player prospects in Wisconsin’s 2017 class.

2/8/15 - Lean athletic build, frame has some length, good projection, 6-foot-1, 165-pound middle infielder. Athletic defender, showed soft hands, natural actions, clean exchange, works efficiently and consistent, good body control. Arm action is loose, high ¾ slot, accurate arm, 84 mph arm across the diamond, athletic arm when on the move. Very reliable defender, could comp to Owen Miller defensively. Offensively hits from a tall slightly open stance, short stride, smooth loading action, good balance through contact, athletic setup. Good bat path, attacks the ball, flat through it and gets extension. Barrel aware, line drive gap to gap guy, good bat speed, 80 mph exit velocity from the tee. 7.43 runner in the 60. High follow middle infielder in the 2017 class.

7/14/14 - 6-foot, 155-pound middle infielder, lean build, long frame with gangly limbs, projectable frame. Right handed hitter, slightly open stance, short toe tap to longer stride. Lower half has tendency to collapse, bat speed present, loose hands, makes hard contact, solid impact, excellent barrel awareness, creates whip, line drive approach, some head movement and inconsistencies but continues to find the barrel. Several hits in game at bats, defensively in games played well on the move, highly reliable confident hands, advanced hands, showed softness, excellent body control. Arm played at 79 mph across the diamond, showed carry and accuracy, excellent accuracy when playing on the move. Buban has an excellent athleticism to his game with a high level of projection.

6/25/14 - Lanky build with projection, 5-foot-11, 155-pound middle infielder. Advanced defender, hands are soft, works well to his backhand, field out in front, plays through the baseball, long strided, advanced actions, natural defender. Arm action is loose, high ¾ slot, showed carry, highly accurate, arm plays. Offensively hits from a balanced stance, slightly open, toe tap stride, solid balance through contact. Bat path stays on top of the baseball, showed the ability to impact the baseball, line drive hitter, high level of barrel awareness. Buban projects well as lanky middle infield defender with highly athletic hands both offensively and defensively. Advance hand eye coordination.
