10/25/14 - Heartland CC commit. 6-foot-1, 179-pound two-way player, lanky athletic frame. Offensively hits from a balanced stance, short stride, smooth loading action, good balance. Whippy bat path through the zone, short path, line drive hitter. Defensively plays through the baseball, athletic defender, clean exchange, natural defender. Hands play soft and crowhops through the baseball. Arm action is loose, high ¾ slot, 89 mph from the outfield. Ran the 60 at 7.05. On the mound delivery is athletic, arm action is loose, high ¾ slot. Fastball has arm side action, tended to miss arm side, 82-84 mph. Slider has downer action, some back up, 71-74 mph, some control. Hard changeup showed action, fastball arm speed, 78-80 mph.

6/19/14 - Athletic frame, lanky build, 6-foot-1, 180-pound left handed outfielder. Offensively hits from an open stance, short stride, good balance through contact. Line drive hitter, high finish, occasional uphill path, some lift, bat speed present, 83 mph exit velocity from the tee. Defensively showed a quick arm from the outfield (85 mph), high ¾ slot, loose arm action. Plays through the baseball, quick footwork, showed natural outfield actions. Ran the 60 at 7.23.

3/16/14 - 6-foot-1, 180-pound outfielder, left handed thrower and hitter. Strong follow prospect in the Class of 2015. Offensively hits from an open stance, smooth loading action, short stride approach, remains balanced through contact. Highly repeatable swing, short bat path, line drive hitter. Quick hands with gap to gap approach. 79 mph exit velocity from the tee. Defensively arm plays at 85 mph from the outfield, loose arm action, high 3/4. Footwork can be more efficient, plays through the baseball. Quick feet, gets down the line at 4.05.

10/19/13 - 6-foot-1, 170-pound left handed outfielder. Defensively played through the baseball with a clean exchange, showed quick footwork, 7.05 runner in the 60. Arm played at 83 mph from the outfield, long arm action, high ¾ slot. Offensively hits from a balanced stance, short stride, lower half works, solid balance through contact. Repeats swing well, contact hitter, some quick twitch, short path to the baseball. 79 mph exit velocity from the tee.

4/10/13 - 6-foot, 150-pounds. Long limbed lefty, slender build, shows projection. ¾ arm slot, long arm, loose arm, athletic finish. Fastball shows excellent arm side run, pitched well inside to right handed hitters, showed the ability to bring his fastball back over the inside corner to a right handed hitter. Fastball sits at 71-73, pitches better to his glove side. Breaking ball needs refinement.

1/27/13 - Athletically built 6-foot, 150-pound left-handed pitcher. Demonstrated feel and above-average command for three pitches. Long, loose arm action, from 3/4 slot, high back elbow, works across his body. Fastball showed moderate arm-side run in the 72-74 mph range. Repeats mechanics well, athletic delivery. Throws changeup (67 mph) for strikes. Slider has loose sweeping action in the 67-69 mph range.
