Hit: LHH. Balanced setup in the box, quiet aura to him without any additional movement throughout. Smooth load, hands work back, short stride, balanced posture.  Simple swing, short path to contact. Barrel works in tandem with the baseball, comfortable going the other way. Smooth rhythm throughout, advanced feel to hit.
Power: 91.54 max exit velocity, averaged 82.56 mph. 310’ max distance.

Hit: LHH. Tall relaxed setup, quiet and simple pre-pitch, short stride, sinks into lower half. Swing is repeatable, short to the baseball and stays connected, level through contact, produces consistent line drives, gap to gap approach and works in rhythm.
Power: 84 mph exit velocity from the tee.
Arm: RH. INF - 87 mph. Short loose arm action, works out of high 3/4 slot, carries across the diamond.
Defense: Soft hands, above average range, easy actions, athletic and natural infield defender, plays through the baseball.
Run: 7.03 runner in the 60. Above average runner, light footed.

+ 2022 2B Tristan Ellis (Greendale HS, WI), a Purdue recruit, plays with a toughness that would be welcomed in any program, and combined with some strong tools across the board, he is fun to watch. The 5-foot-9, 145-pound second baseman has a polished approach from the left side with line drive power to all fields, and was patient at the plate, unafraid of hitting from behind in the count. Ellis plays hard at all times, and looks the part of a top of the order player at the next level.

Hit: LHH. Balanced setup, confident look, short stride and stays balanced through contact. Highly-efficient, repeatable swing, top-of-the-order bat. Quiet, short and direct to the ball, controls the barrel, creates bat speed. Consistent, hard line-drive contact. Finished game play 2-for-3, consistently on time and on the barrel.
Power: 83 mph exit velocity from the tee.
Arm: RH. INF - 75 mph. Short, loose, athletic arm action; can throw from multiple slots. Arm plays accurate and with carry across the infield.
Defense: Confident, advanced middle infield actions. Plays fast, quick feet, ranges with ease, plays well on the move, maintains body control. Soft hands, fields out front and feet work through the baseball with intent.
Run: 4.32 runner home to first. Quick, fleet-footed.

Arm: RH. INF - 81 mph. Short loose arm action, over the top slot, showed accuracy across the diamond. Arm plays athletically when on the move.

3.20.18 - 5-foot-7, 138-pound left-handed hitting infielder. Slightly open setup, loads hands back into arm bar, slight leg lift stride. Loose hands, hard contact off the bat at times, path is long and uphill, pull side approach, 77 mph exit velocity from the tee. Defensively arm is loose, high ¾ slot, 73 mph across the diamond. Hands showed some softness, funnels the baseball to release, showed body control. 7.40 runner in the 60.
