2026 C Alex Schmidt - 365 Shockers Elite

Schmidt has had himself a very good weekend overall and he kept it going on Saturday first with a brilliant catch/throw to get a would-be base stealer at second. Followed it up with an RBI single. Shows a simple approach with a compact swing using fast hands to whip the barrel through the zone. Physical for age with a frame that will easily add mass.

2025 SS/RHP Jarrett Fahnhorst - West Coast Elite

Solid day overall throwing 3 innings with a strikeout and a ball working his three pitch mix around the zone consistently. Shows a quick arm with repeatable mechanics working down the mound with his long legs. At the plate drove a ball into the gap for a double, had a walk and scored two runs.

2025 INF/RHP CJ Weinstein - Canes

Weinstein has been one of the better overall performers in the tournament where he dealt on the mound and has been a hitting machine for the Canes. Added another pair of hits yesterday showing a simple swing that consistently finds the barrel. Plays defense with ease making all the plays and showing enough arm.

2025 SS/OF Quentin Young - Sandlot Baseball

Long, strong, and athletic, Young has shown some flashes of brilliance both at the plate and in the field where his speed/athleticism really play up. There’s whippiness in the barrel that is supported by significant strength on his large, durable frame. Get the “he’s just getting started” feeling from Young.

2026 SS James Tronstein - Legacy Baseball Group

The future Harvard Westlake’s middle infielder has had himself quite the weekend with a pair of knocks on Thursday, a deep home run on Friday, and on Saturday with an inside-the-park home run that followed a triple earlier in the game. Has the type of speed often found in outfielders and uses that speed on defense where his range and instincts are off the charts.

2025 1B Zach Reiland - Blue Wave Baseball Club

Reiland was lights out for Blue Wave going 3-for-3 with a HR shy of hitting for the Cycle. Favored the pull side in his first two hits before going back up the middle with his third hit of the day. Big and physical, there’s power in the stroke at the plate with quickness in the barrel. Also started on the mound and went 5IP striking out four and walking two.

2025 LHP Ian Fisher - BPA

Fisher was masterful in his start for BPA going 5IP striking out five walking three and allowing zero runs while scattering three hits. He commanded the fastball to all quadrants of the zone while flashing arm-side run in on righties that he used to his advantage. Spun the curveball well. Arm has some speed to it and the mechanics are clean and repeatable.

2025 LHP Kruz Schoolcraft - Next Level California

Schoolcraft intrigued on the mound with his ability to mix pitches and land them for strikes, keeping hitters guessing and causing uncomfortable at-bats. Working mainly off FB/CB, Schoolcraft commanded both pitches and hit his spots consistently on the day. Loose, clean arm action with repeatable mechanics, Schoolcraft finished with seven strikeouts, two walks and twe earned runs over 5IP.

2025 RHP/SS Bryce Miller - BPA

Miller attacked hitters with his fastball that flashes life late and up in the zone. He mixed spots and eye levels to induce weak contact and scatter three hits over 5IP. Spun the curveball well although he threw it only sparingly. Miller works fast allowing his defense to maintain rhythm and focus.

2025 RHP/1B Brodie Fowler - OC Tribe

Fowler arguably had the best day on the field of any participant throwing a seven inning complete game shutout in which he struck out nine, walked one, and scattered four hits on 83 pitches. Flashed an above average two-seam fastball that was his putaway pitch. Also showed a tumbling curveball that mixed eye levels and pace. Was 2-for-3 at the plate including a double to deep center field.
