Defense: Displayed sure hands, went to backhand well, stops at ball when fielding, stays below the ball, seems determined to not have a ball get through him, gritty defender

Hit: RHH. Starts slightly open, strides slightly closed, good rhythm, balanced swing though with some hip drift and aggressive stride, strong top hand finish had him a bit in and out of the zone

Defense: Good technique with feet, sees and reads ball well, backhand plays were impressive with ability to stay low and get rid of ball quickly, creates energy through the ball, could create better timing of feet and arm to quicken the release on balls at him
