Carlsbad right-handed pitcher and water polo star Finn McIlroy enters the top twenty at nineteenth overall thanks to impressive summer showings and a commitment to UCLA. Newcomers such as right-handed pitcher Eric Van Valkenburg an Oklahoma commit and uncommitted rising star shortstop Ian Halverson of Mission Vista have entered the fold.
