Shane Ritter (Plainfield South) had already come into the Class of 2015 Showcase as the top available pitcher in the class, and might have improved his stock even more. Ritter touched his best velocity that we have seen at 89 mph all while showing a feel for the zone with three pitches.

On the topic of arm strength, General McArthur (Crete Monee) led all outfielders at 89 mph from his crow hop, while Ben Chapman (Hinsdale Central) topped out at 86 mph across the diamond, leading all infielders.

Anthony Forte (Conant) and Matt Sekardi (Glenwood) showed blazing foot speed running 6.75 and 6.73 respectively, leading all position players in the 60.

The top pop times were posted by Jesse Forestell (Homewood-Flossmoor) at 1.97 and Scott Kapers (Mount Carmel) at 1.98.

Michael Piotrowski (Prospect) posted the top exit velocity at 93 mph off the tee.
