A high pitchability lefty, Weaver is the ace of the Sycamore pitching staff. Armed with an 89-92 mph fastball and a plus curve, Weaver also mixes in an occasional changeup and slider/cutter. Ultra-competitive on the bump, he is the son of former Major Leaguer Eric Weaver (Angels). He finished the 2020 season with a 1-1 record to go along with a 1.85 ERA and 34 strikeouts in 24 IP.
