The Inaugural Top Prospect Games Milwaukee took place on Tuesday July 25th at The Rock Sports Complex in Franklin, WI. Today we start the player analysis with the catcher reports. 6-foot-4, 220-pound right-handed hitting Jacob Kaiser (Catholic Memorial) stood out among the catchers making consistent hard contact in game and showing off a strong arm in workouts.

Brandon Bannon, C/2B, Richmond Burton (IL), 2018
5-foot-11, 160-pound right-handed hitting C/2B with an athletic frame. At the plate hits from a slightly open setup with a short leg lift stride and average balance. Pull hitter with a long, uphill swing path and loose hands. 81 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 7.29. Defensively has a short arm action. Quick transfer and footwork. Popped 1.94-2.01 and threw 76 mph out of the crouch. In the infield moves well laterally. Threw 76 mph across the diamond.

Kade Bohlman, C/1B, Janesville Parker, 2018
6-foot-1, 190-pound right-handed hitting C/1B with a strong frame. At the plate hits from a balanced setup with a short stride and good balance. Pull, power hitter with an uphill swing path and fast bat. Showed strength thru contact with 92 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 7.64. Defensively behind the plate has a short arm action from an over the top slot. Clean exchange with fluid footwork. Popped 2.11-2.15, accurate throws with carry, 74 mph out the crouch. Also took drills at first base, throwing 78 mph across the diamond.

5-foot-11, 170-pound right-handed hitting catcher. At the plate hits from a balanced setup with a leg lift stride and average balance. Line drive hitter with a long swing path. 83 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 8.00. Defensively has a long arm action from a ¾ slot. Popped 2.19-2.32 and threw 74 mph from the crouch.

Ben Cameron, C, Waukesha West, 2018
5-foot-11, 190-pound right-handed hitting catcher. At the plate hits from a balanced setup with a short stride and average balance. Gap to gap hitter with fluid rhythm and a fast bat. Showde strength thru contact with 91 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 7.26. Defensively has a short arm action from an over the top slot. Popped 2.21-2.15 and threw 74 mph out of the crouch.

Gino D’Alessio, C, Pius XI, 2018
6-foot-3, 195-pound right-handed hitting catcher with a lanky, athletic frame. At the plate hits from a balanced setup with a leg lift stride and good balance. Line drive, gap to gap hitter with a short, level swing path and fast bat. Shodwed strength thru contact with 91 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 7.67. Defensively has a short arm action from an over the top slot. Quick footwork and accurate throws. Popped 2.05-2.11 and threw 74 mph out of the crouch.

6-foot-1, 170-pound right-handed hitting catcher. At the plate hits from a slightly open setup with a leg kick stride and average balance. Line drive hitter with a short, level swing path. 84 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 7.86. Defensively has a long arm action from an over the top slot. Accurate throws. Popped 2.12-2.25 and threw 71 mph from the crouch.

Kolton Koch, C, Monona Grove, 2018
5-foot-10, 165-pound left-handed hitting catcher with a strong, compact frame. Offensively hits from a crouched, open setup with a leg kick stride and average balance. Level swing path, creates whip. 83 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 7.50. Defensively has a long arm action from a high ¾ slot. Long exchange. Jack Pawlak, C, Grafton, 2018
6-foot-2, 210-pound right-handed hitting catcher with present strength. At the plate hits from a balanced setup with a short stride and good balance. Line drive hitter with an uphill swing path and a fast bat. Showed strength thru contact with 91 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 7.80. Defensively has a short arm action from an over the top slot. Accurate throws with carry throwing 77 mph out of the crouch and popping 2.01-2.12.
