The Outlook: Balandis, originally from Lithuania is in his first year as a student at St. Laurence and is the highest ranked uncommitted 2017 in Illinois. Balandis and 2017 LHP Jimmy Burnette, a left/left two-way prospect who has been up to 90 mph on the mound, could provide a tough one-two punch at the top of the rotation for the Vikings this spring.
