Over the last few weeks, the PBR Illinois staff has been covering the state's senior class by detailing the destinations the prospects are headed. From the Big Ten to the Atlantic Sun, we've been providing analysis and the latest notes on the future homes of the top talent in Illinois. Today, we're shining a light on the prospects who do not yet have landing spots for the fall of 2020.

Throughout the rest of this week, we'll highlight some names who deserve more attention as they prepare for the final spring seasons of their high school careers.

Scouting Report

2/10/19 - 6-foot, 181-pound, right-handed hitting/throwing outfielder, wide-shouldered, athletic frame. At the plate, open setup, hands pre-loaded back, short leg lift trigger. Fluid path works long and uphill, pull side tendencies, present bat speed, exit velocity topped 93 mph from a tee. Defensively, quick feet to a long gather, arm plays long, full swing, over the top slot, throws topped 84 mph from the outfield.7.12 runner in the 60.

7.18.18 - 6-foot, 181-pound strong, athletically-built right-handed outfielder. Offensively, balanced, open setup, short leg kick timing-trigger, maintains good balance through contact. Loose quick-twitch hands, hard contact, fluid rhythm, 90 mph exit velocity off a tee. Ran a 6.86 laser-timed 60. Defensively, long arm action, high ¾ slot, kept throws on target, played the long hop in. Plays through the ball, soft hands, quick feet, clean on exchanges, 83 mph from the outfield.

2.18.18 - 6-foot, 190-pound outfielder, proportional build on athletic frame. Right-handed hitter, balanced setup, minimal loading action, short stride, lower half works. Bat strength present, path has slight length on uphill plane, gap to gap approach. Ball jumps off bat, lifted contact at times, 93 mph exit velocity from the tee. Ran a 7.11 in the 60. Defensively arm action is long, high ¾ slot, 81 mph. Outfield actions are methodical at times, corner outfield projection.
