Class of 2026 - Top 10
Rookie Shepard SS / 2B / Faith Lutheran, NV / 2026Rankings StateRank: 1 / POS: 1
The two-sport athlete has solidied himself as not only the top player in Nevada, but in the conversation among the top prospects in country. Shepards present, premium tools don’t just show well during the showcase portion of events, they shine in-game and were on full display throughout the Summer, beginning at the Prep Baseball ProCase - West, where he stood out among the top draft type prospects in the region. He carried that hot start in to the rest of his Summer with the Breakthrough Series, then putting together a massive performance at the 2024 Underclass Area Code Games, where Prep Baseball VP, Shooter Hunt claimed - “Rookie was arguably the best player at the event.” One of Rookie’s best qualities is that he seems to get better each time out with us and we are still yet to see what is to come with the Miami Commit, so stay tuned over the next few years as a player that we project to be an early name heard in July of 2026.

Troy Southisene OF / SS / Basic Academy of Int'l Studies HS, NV / 2026Rankings StateRank: 4 / POS: 2
The last member of the Southisene Army, Troy has all the ingredient to be premium prospect and a separator for him, and it seems to be hereditary, is the grit he play with day in and day out, putting it on full display at the 2024 Future Games. His advanced feel for each part of the game as well as his Swiss Army Knife type ability to hold down any position effectively make him a high value prospect that still is just scratching the surface of what his game will be. Keep an eye on Troy as a player who will continue to climb in the ranking over the next few years, just as his brothers have, with his game expected to continue trending just as it has done in 2024.

Kingston Kela 3B / 2B / Faith Lutheran, NV / 2026Rankings StateRank: 5 / POS: 1
Arguably, one of the, if not the, most polished prospects in Nevada’s 2026 Class, Kela has proven each time out with us that he projects to be a premium third baseman with a real, present hit tool that shows well seemingly every time he step on the field. Impressing during the 2024 High School Season, then earning his invite to the Prep Baseball ProCase - West where he continued to prove himself among the top players in the West Region, this is another prospect who has solidified himself as one of the top Uncommitted prospects not only in Nevada, but the West. Expect this name to be off the board in the very near future.

Keenan Dolan RHP / OF / Bishop Manogue, NV / 2026Rankings StateRank: 6 / POS: 1
No one may have seen their stock rise higher than Bishop Manogue’s, Keenan Dolan, over the past six months. The Game 1 Starter for Team Nevada at the 2024 Future Games against an extremely talented Team California, Dolan stood tall going two scoreless innings while allowing zero hits in the process while striking out three. His fastball has continued to climb each time out with us and did so on the biggest stage where he topped at 92.6 mph with low effort from his Prep Baseball Verified 6-foot-5 frame, leading you to believe their is much more to come. Do not be surprised if Dolan touches a few mid-90’s or more this upcoming Spring as thing warm up in Northern Nevada with his size and strength continuing to improve. This is another prospect that we expect to continue to climb up not only the Nevada Rankings, but the National Rankings as his game and stock continue to trend.

Giovanni Guariglia Jr. RHP / 1B / Silverado, NV / 2026Rankings StateRank: 7 / POS: 2
One of the most sought after prospect in Nevada, regardless of class, is Silverado / GBG Vegas product, Gio Guariglia. His impressive Summer on the bump followed by his standout performance at the Dodgers Elite Scout Day this past week where he ran his fastball up to 94.6 mph with life to go with his slider that spun up to 2900+ rpm, it is safe to project that this Uncommitted prospect won’t remain Uncommitted for long.
|
Macen Collura SS / RHP / Faith Lutheran, NV / 2026Rankings StateRank: 9 / POS: 3
The recent Arizona State commit was the first prospect off the board for Team Nevada at the 2024 Future Games after his real, two-way potential was on full display at the most scouted event of the Summer. Another standout at the Dodgers Elite Scout Day, he ran his fastball up to 91.7 mph with his slider spinning up to just under 2600 rpm, while showing present feel for his changeup. Collura had his breakout Spring for Faith Lutheran this past season and is expected to be a key piece for the Crusaders both at the plate and on the mound this upcoming Spring as they are expected to be one of the favorites for a State Title in 2025.

Lyndon Lee SS / 2B / Basic Academy, NV / 2026Rankings StateRank: 8 / POS: 2
The oldest of the up and coming Lee Army, Lyndon is the definition of a gamer. He is not a guy who will blow you away with his showcase numbers, but shines when the light turn on in the live game. Lee is one of Nevada’s first players to earn the Dick’s Sporting Good Player of the Game award at the 2024 Future Games, which he did against a talented Team Select where he racked up massive day, going 2 for 3 with a double, 3 stolen bases and 3 runs. His ability to consistently impact a game is a rare feature, where he is able to figure out a way to get on base, steal a base and score, while doing it all quietly proves that he is a player that will be able to help a lot for teams win ballgames. This is a fearless player that will make an early impact for a whoever is lucky enough to land him in the near future.
