Benjamin Avila C / 3B / Harvey School, NY / 2019 Rankings  StateRank: 80 / POS: 14 No stranger to the PBR-NY scene; physical backstop with an accurate on-the bag arm with carry. Spread setup in the box with some juice to his pullside.

Daniel Pero C / Midwood, NY / 2019 NYC catcher that will be making his debut at the NY Games.

Joshua Lopez
C / Danbury (CT) / 2018
Highly skilled uncommitted catcher with a sub 2.0 pop time. Line drive approach in the box, will be a good late pickup for the right program. 

First Base

Gavin Noriega 1B / OF / Salesian, NY / 2020 Rankings  StateRank: 41 / POS: 2 Sweet swinging LHH who can work both gaps; smooth defender around the bag with soft hands; accurate arm.

Justin Cabrera 1B / RHP / Cardinal Hayes, NY / 2020 Rankings  StateRank: 118 / POS: 7 Full framed 6-foot-2 250 pound RHH who has continued to improve at each event. We've seen him on the mound, behind the plate and at 3B. Skillset catching up to his size. Will also see time on the mound.

Middle Infielders

Brandon Ortiz SS / 2B / Warwick , NY / 2020 Rankings  StateRank: 49 / POS: 12 Wiry, athletic frame at 5-foot-10 160 pounds; slick defender with and adequate left arm and release. Balance, repeatable approach at the plate for the RHH.

Matthew Brown SS / C / Clarence , NY / 2019 Athletic 6-foot-0 175 pound frame; explosive short stroke into the zone with a two-handed finish from a spread stance. Active approach as a defender; hands work out in front and shows a quick release.

Andres Castro
SS / Hudson Catholic (NJ) / 2019
Wiry, athletic frame at 5-foot-10 165 pounds; impressive stroke at the plate and is a high defender from the left side. Excited to see him in game action. 

Third Base

Ethan Sarmiento 3B / 1B / The Harvey school, NY / 2019 Rankings  StateRank: 164 / POS: 15 Physical corner INF with some gap-to-gap pop. Hands work well and arm has shown carry from the left side.

Anthony Tirado RHP / 3B / All Hallows, NY / 2019 Rankings  StateRank: 62 / POS: 15 Long, lanky frame at foot 180 pounds. Talented player that will see time at 3B but also on the mound where he will work in the 84-85 range, if not better. Looking forward to seeing him get after it.

Christopher Antonelli RHP / 3B / Stepinac, NY / 2020 Rankings  StateRank: 32 / POS: 9 Strong frame at 6-foot-0 180 pounds will see some time at 3B but the highlight will be from the mound where he's consistently worked in the 82-84 MPH range, touching 85 MPH from a high 3/4 slot. Tight, late action CB to go with an assortment of pitches.

Outfielders

Ryan Horowitz RHP / OF / The Harvey School, NY / 2020 First look at the 2020 grad that will also see time on the mound.

Justin Sierra OF / Monsignor Scanlan , NY / 2019 Rankings  StateRank: 54 / POS: 7 Athletic 5-foot-11 160 pounds; solid runner, strong arm. Balanced, line drive stroke at the plate. High end athlete.

Eric Prince OF / Berkeley Carroll, NY / 2019 Rankings  StateRank: 175 / POS: 24 Strong build at 5-foot-9 165 pounds; short, compact stroke at the plate using the whole field. Converting from catcher where he showed some projectability and should not be completely ruled out back there either.

Christian Perez OF / All Hallows, NY / 2020 Rankings  StateRank: 14 / POS: 3 Another plus athlete with some MLB bloodlines, mid 6.0 runner with above average arm from the OF (88 MPH). Fast twitch actions at the plate; short into the zone with a quick finish.

Yorby Vilomar OF / Lehman, NY / 2019 Feared NYC slugger with plus pop from the left side. Physical presence in the box with an above average arm from the OF.

Jemal Betances C / SS / St. Raymonds, NY / 2018 Rankings  StateRank: 140 / POS: 17 Working out in the OF but the versatile Betances could be behind the plate or on the left side of the infield. Uncommitted 2018 who may be reclassifying.

Pitcher Only

Tyler Roche RHP / Cardinal Hayes , NY / 2020 Long and lean RHP at 6-foot-3 165 pounds; high end potential for the 2020 grad.

Steven Colon RHP / 3B / James Monroe, NY / 2018 Rankings  StateRank: 182 / POS: 54 RHP that we've seen in the 81-84 MPH range; solid all-around athlete.

Zachary Moro LHP / OF / Saugerties, NY / 2019 LHP from Saugerties HS that will be making his debut.
