Gavin Neal 2B / C / Palmyra, PA / 2021 Athletic build at 5-foot-7 145 pounds; was 77 across the diamond with an 84 MPH exit velocity this preseason. Even setup at the plate; quiet pre-pitch actions with a short, explosive swing into the zone with lift through his finish. Line drives with ability to drive the ball as well. Hands work out in front; circles the ball well with a short, compact arm circle into his release. A player to keep an eye on at the PA State Games this summer.

 

RJ Agriss 3B / 1B / North Penn, PA / 2021 Physical 6-foot-1 200 pound RHH. The corner infielder has a big time arm from the left side; up to 91 MPH this preseason. Even setup in the box with a back-to-forward stride; quick wrists into the zone with a balanced finish in the box. Stays through the middle with his approach. Looking forward to seeing him at the PA State Games this summer.

 

Elijah Dunn OF / RHP / Norwin, PA / 2022 High end athlete at 6-foot-0 163 pounds that put up an impressive array of numbers this preseason as a position player (6.88 60 / 87 MPH OF Velo / 89 MPH Exit Velo) but also worked 80-82 MPH off the mound. Even setup with simple pre-pitch actions that keep him on time. Short, flat path into the zone with plenty of extension. High average approach with developing power. Gliding actions in the OF with proper breakdown footwork into a quick pro step crow hop. On the mound the arm works with ease; long, fluid actions with a traditional 3/4 arm slot. Impressive with arm speed out in front. No doubt coaches will have his name circled after the PA State Games this summer.

Alex Hlivia SS / 2B / State College Area, PA / 2021 Hlivia checks in at 5-foot-6 155 pounds with athleticism and a strong lower half. This past preseason he put up some respectable numbers (7.30 60 / 82 MPH INF Velo / 80 Exit Velo) and showed a confident skill set at the plate and in the field. Even setup in the box; stays behind the ball with and easy effort approach. Swing path is short/direct with a high contact approach. Efforts repeat. Moves well laterally in the field; good bounce in his step and can make the play in the move.

 

David Kessler SS / 3B / Bethel Park, PA / 2022 Strong, physical frame at 5-foot-11 190 pounds. Opened some eyes with his efforts this preseason (7.06 60 / 85 MPH INF Velo / 96 MPH Exit Velo). Narrow setup; gains ground into stride. Explosive, on plane swing with some lift through contact. Gap abilities with more power on the way. Fundamental approach; steady hands with a no panic release. Long term projection might stick him at 3B or corner OF. Impressive athlete that we're excited to see at the PA State Games.

 

Grant Fitzgerald LHP / 1B / Kutztown Area , PA / 2022 First time look at the Southpaw that checks in at 5-foot-11 165 pounds. Moderate arm swing out out the glove, works without restrictions from a 3/4 to low 3/4 slot. Showed a short action breaking ball that features some late tilt. Skill set and delivery are there. Continuing to build arm speed and developing the change up will be huge for him.

Justin Balliet LHP / 1B / Southern Lehigh, PA / 2022 Strong, filled out build at 5-foot-11 190 pounds with square shoulders. Even setup; slight toe-tap and stays behind the ball well. Additional aggression in his lower half will tap into his power potential. On the mound the arm action is short with a high 3/4 slot; gets over lower half and finishes square.
