Updated Pennsylvania Class of 2016 Rankings: By the Numbers

The Early Signing Period recently came to a close with seniors across the state making verbal commitments official by signing their National Letters of Intent. Coupled with the recent update to our Pennsylvania Class of 2016 rankings we take a look at where these players are headed. For the sake of this exercise we will be looking solely at the top 100 on the list of 230 currently in the rankings.
