Physical, 6-foot-1, 200-pound frame, Geary had the loudest performance of the afternoon, started the event running a 7.04 60-yard time and followed that up with an impressive round of BP. Geary had an event best, 104 mph max EV and an average of 96 mph. Geary also had an event best max batted distance of 379’. Grary showed strength throughout the BP, had the best average bat speed at 78 mph, and also impressed on defense. The infielder flashed smooth actions and tossed 80 mph across the diamond. An incoming freshman looking to make an impact for the Bulldogs.

C/OF Owen Chael (York) and INF Ben Geary (St. Laurence) are two 2025 right-handed bats to know from the event. Chael has a 6-foot, 180-pound, strong frame, ran a 7.31 60, stayed on-plane and was on the barrel driving line-drives to both gaps. Geary has a 6-foot-1, 165-pound, long-limbed, upside frame and loose, athletic swing that works with fluidity throughout and ran a 7.19 60. Geary stayed inside the baseball and drove balls to the big part of the diamond. Geary was consistently on the barrel with an 83.3 mph average exit velocity and registered a 63.6% line-drive percentage during BP.

Body: 6-1, 165-pounds. Athletic, long-levered frame with some strength throughout.
Hit: RHH. Tall stance, medium leg kick, standard hand height. Loose, athletic swing works with fluidity throughout, stays inside the baseball and made hard contact to both gaps. 66.4 mph bat speed with 18 G’s of rotational acceleration.
Power: 88 max exit velocity, averaged 83.3 mph. 295’ max distance.
Arm: RH. INF - 74 mph. Short action, quick to release, low 3/4 slot.
Defense: Attacks the baseball, active feet, plays fast, quick release at times.
Run: 7.19 runner in the 60.
