6.6.17 - 6-foot-5, 210-pound, strong, durable, athletically built, projectable, left-handed pitcher. High upside, uncommitted arm in the 2018 class. Smooth, repeatable delivery, stays on-line with an open-toe landing. Short, quick arm action out of a high ¾ slot. Pitches with intent and throws all three of his offerings aggressively. Fastball, gets downhill tilt, straight action, thrown for strikes and sat 83-85 mph, touching 86. Slider, throws it with conviction, 10/4 shape, short, tight break; 71-75 mph and flashed the ability to back-foot right-handed hitters. Changeup, mostly straight action, located down in the zone, 81 mph. 

1/16/17 - Large projectable frame, 6-foot-4, 200-pound left-handed pitcher. Easy delivery with athleticism and repeats, stays directional. Arm action is short and quick, loose arm from a ¾ slot. Fastball sat 79-82 mph, slight arm side action. Slider is tight with sharp action, fastball arm speed, has feel, 69-72 mph. Changeup has slight cut action, 72-75 mph.

2/14/16 - Class of 2018. Struble is a physical 6-foot-3, 190-pound left-handed pitcher that attends Carrollton HS in Carrollton, IL. Up-tempo delivery, slight crouch at balance, three-quarters arm slot. Fastball with arm-side run, 79-80 mph, topped out at 81. Breaking ball with slider shape, 68-79 mph. Feel for change-up, 72-73 mph, strikes. Class of 2018 lefty with present size and strength to follow.

10.4.15 - 6-foot-2, 185-pound, left-handed pitcher. Works from a ¾ arm angle with a short arm action. Tall and fall online delivery with a short stride. Tends to open his shoulders early and falls towards third on release. Fastball sat 71-73 mph. Calls breaking ball a slider but shows curveball action with 12-6 shape at 60-63 mph.
