4.20.18 - St. Louis commit, currently ranked No. 74 in Illinois’ Class of 2018. 6-foot-1, 195-pound, strong, athletic build. Defensively, traditional catcher’s arm action, short, over-the-top slot, soft hands, strong receiver, quick footwork, moves athletically. Offensively, quick hands, present bat speed, repeated hard contact. Went 1-for-3 with a single, robbed of another base hit on a line drive the pitcher knocked down. 
6.17.17 - 6-foot-1, 195-pound right-handed hitting catcher with a strong, athletic frame. At the plate hits from a balanced, athletic setup. Short stride with good balance. Drives the ball gap to gap gets extension thru contact. Loose hands generating easy bat speed. Showed strength thru contact with 92 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 7.26. Defensively has a short arm action from an over the top slot. Quick footwork, gets out of the crouch quick. Struggles with transfer at times. Popped 2.08-2.19 and threw 72 mph from the crouch. Showed flexibility in the lower half and soft hands receiving.

2.19.17 - 6-foot-1, 197-pound catcher, solid athletic frame. Defensively arm action is quick short and over the top, 71 mph out of the crouch. Quick transfer, hands played soft, 2.04-2.16 pop times. Blocks well, shows agility. 7.69 runner in the 60. Right-handed hitter, balanced setup, slightly open, short stride. Worked the middle of the field, line drive gap to gap type, loose hands, short to the baseball. Flat through contact with extension.

6.8.16 - 6-foot, 185-pound right-handed hitting catcher with a strong, athletic frame. Offensively hits from a balanced setup with a short stride. Short swing path with loose hands and a good approach. Gap to gap hitter with fluid rhythm. Showed strength thru contact with 88 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 7.84. Defensively has a short arm action from an over the top slot. Accurate throws with carry. Athletic actions with quick, fluid footwork and a clean exchange. Popped 2.12-2.19 and threw 71 mph from the crouch.

1.17.16 - 6-foot, 180-pound catching prospect, strong sturdy build, projects to continue to add strength. Physically strong bat, right-handed hitter, balanced stance, short stride, line drive gap to gap type approach. God balance through contact, fast strong bat. 84 mph exit velocity from the tee. Defensively showed good actions behind the plate, quick clean exchange, soft hands, loose athlete, blocks the baseball well. Arm action is short and over the top, showed carry, 73 mph out of the crouch. Pop times ranged 2.11-2.19 out of the crouch, well above average receiver. 7.93 runner in the 60.
6/11/15 - 5-foot-11, 165-pound athletic catcher. Offensively hits from a balanced and athletic setup, smooth load, short stride, and decent lower half. Showed quick bat speed, level and extension path, gap-to-gap type hitter, fluid rhythm. Has solid approach, aggressive, and hits line drives up the middle. Exit velocity off the tee was 84 mph. Defensively showed a short and loose arm action from high ¾ slot. Soft hands, fluid footwork, quick exchange, and athletic. Pop times ranged from 2.19-2.26. Threw 71 across the infield and 69 from behind the plate. Ran 8.03 60.

2/22/15- 5-foot-10, 160-pound, right-handed hitting C/OF with an athletic build. Behind the plate has a short arm action from a high ¾ arm slot. Raises out of crouch early to receive throws. Popped 2.19-2.37 and threw 68 mph from the crouch. In the outfield has a loose arm action with a quick exchange. Threw 71 mph from the outfield. At the plate has a loose, athletic swing. Tall balanced setup with hands close to the body. Short stride with good balance and a fast bat. Confident approach, gap to gap hitter who looks to pull occasionally. Uphill swing path with good extension and fluid rhythm. 82 mph exit velocity from a tee. Home to first at 4.88. Will continue to improve with maturity.
