Roessler has a good approach at the plate with pop. He is very athletic can run (6.5) and really pick it on defense with a plus arm.

Roessler’s wiry, athletic 6-foot-2, 175-pound frame projects especially well, and he made sound contact this weekend from the right side. Firstly, Roessler’s value lies in his defense, as a sure-handed and smooth middle infielder, who we’ve also seen play with some bounce in the outfield. His loose hands and athleticism helped him find the barrel more often this past weekend, too, a development to pay close attention to.

Defense: Patient to the baseball, athletic base, feet field in rhythm, comfortable on the move. Soft hands work out in front, smooth funnels, quick hand transfer, plays through.
Run: 6.90 runner in the 60.

Hit: RHH. Open, tall setup, bat tip and leg-lift timing trigger. Loose hands, long, uphill bat path and pull approach.
Power: 80 mph exit velocity from the tee.
Arm: RH. INF - 75 mph. OF - 84 mph. Athletic, loose arm action, plays easy and carries from the infield and outfield.
Defense: Worked out in the infield and outfield. Athletic enough to stick at either spot. Actions, soft hands, plays through the baseball and clean release.
Run: 7.22 runner in the 60.
