2019 Future Games: 5-foot-9, 162-pound, wiry, athletic, right-handed hitting middle infielder. 6.76 runner in the 60, laser-timed. Highly-athletic prospect who can stick on the dirt moving forward. Routinely showed off well-above average range to both sides while playing shortstop. Natural infield actions, quick active feet, soft confident hands and plays well on the move. Short arm action, average arm strength, plays accurate across the diamond and topped at 78 mph. Turned a number of smooth double plays throughout the week. Registered an 82 mph exit velocity from a tee. Has the potential to be a top-of-the-order bat at the next level.

Advanced infield defender, made multiple plays look routine. Clean, fluid footwork, soft hands and easy release. Throws were accurate and carried across the diamond. Offensively, finished 0-for-2 with a walk, a hit-by-pitch and scored a run. Compact swing, loose hands, path works uphill, lacks current strength. Follow 2021 infielder.

5-foot-9, 162-pound, lean, high-waisted, right-handed hitting infielder. Ran a 6.76 laser-timed 60. Balanced, quiet setup, smooth load, short stride and maintains balance. Simple, loose swing, short bat path, hard contact, pull approach and fluid rhythm. 89 mph exit velocity from a tee. Defensively, natural infield actions, fluid footwork, soft hands, plays well on the move and clean release. Loose arm action, ability to throw from multiple angles and throws topped at 79 mph.

2.18.18 - 5-foot-8, 145-pound, lean, right-handed hitting infielder. One of the top 2021 infielders we have seen to date. 6.84 runner in the 60, laser-timed. At the plate, athletic, open setup, stride gets back to even and maintains balance through contact. Fluid rhythm, athletic hands, stays short to the ball, creates bat speed and line-drive approach. 73 mph exit velocity from a tee. Defensively, natural infield actions, sure handed, maintains body control on the move and clean release. Throws from multiple arm angles, throws topped at 83 mph across the diamond. 

5.5.17 - Athletic shortstop, smooth arm actions, clean hands. Offensively, balanced setup, slight crouch, smooth rhythm. Walked and doubled with a stolen base against Crystal Lake Cardinals.

Creighton commit, currently ranked 37 in Illinois, 5-foot-10, 180-pounds, thick athletic build.  Very athletic, confident and competitive.  Has arguably been Homewood-Flossmoor’s most consistent player this season.  Offensively crouched stance, wide base, hand held high.  Small leg kick.  Level swing, gap to gap approach.  Gallien plays fast, takes extra bases, and steals bases.  Defensively he’s been a super utility guy playing outfield and infield.  Has quick feet, soft hands, loose quick arm.  Takes precise angles and routes to the ball.
