Illinois-Springfield commit, ranked No. 39 in the Illinois 2022 class. Athletic build, standing 6-foot, 180-pounds, broad shoulders. The right-hander’s arm plays with a long sweeping move out of the glove into a ¾ slot, playing with arm-speed. Moves with some pace throughout his delivery, moving quickly into balance point before moving into a drop/drive lower-half, striding slightly open with impressive force down the mound. His fastball played with some life to the arm-side and finish through the zone, sitting mostly 86-89 mph and reaching back for 91 mph at one point. He went to a diving changeup to pair off his fastball, playing from a similar release at 74-77 mph. His final offering was a slider at 75-77 mph, thrown with intent and playing off a 10/4 plane, tight spin at times.
