SO. INF Thomas Offill (Bradley-Bourbonnais) Strong and athletic 5-foot-8, 165-pound frame. Started the day running a 6.88 60-yard dash, took an on the barrel round of BP with consistent elevated contact throughout the field while reaching a max exit velocity of 93.2 mph. Defensively in the infield Offill is an athletic defender with range to both sides with arm strength that plays on the move.

Kankakee CC commit. 5-foot-7, 140-pound athletic frame.Started at second base and was the lead off hitter for the Boilermakers. Left-handed hitter, went 3-for-4 at the plate with two bunt singles down the third base line and a two-RBI double to center field. Showed speed around the base paths, recording a stolen base. Clean and confident defender, consistently made plays up the middle.

5-foot-7, 140-pound, athletic frame. Offill picked up three hits Friday afternoon while showing off impressive speed. Offill has a wide stance with bent upper half that allows him to make quality contact and get to the ball in any part of the zone. Offill showcased impressive bat-to-ball abilities as well as advanced speed that allowed him to pick up a stolen base.

Hit: LHH. Wide, slightly open setup, short, leg-lift stride, stride works back to the plate.  Short, quick bat, works uphill through the zone, repeatable and on balance. Pull-side approach.
Power: 84 max exit velocity, averaged 76.9 mph. 309’ max distance.
Arm: RH. INF - 65 mph. Short arm action, flashes accuracy.
Defense: Stays low, quick feet, soft hands, fluid feel.
Run: 6.96 runner in the 60. Explosive, flat footed
