North Central commit. Currently ranked No. 267 in the state. Strong 6-foot, 173-pound frame. Batted cleanup and played first base for the North Stars. The right-handed hitter was on the barrel with authority in his first at-bat when he launched a two-run homer out to left. In his second at-bat he was on the barrel again with a loud flyout to center field. He has a simple swing that creates extension through contact with bat speed to pair.

C Ty Heimbuch, St. Charles North, 2025 North Central commit, currently ranked No. 267 in the state. Strong 6-foot, 173-pound frame. Batted third and started behind the dish for the North Stars. Showed to be an advanced receiver; working up through the baseball and stealing pitches for his staff. Right-handed hitter; crouched setup, rhythm in the hands pre-pitch, toe-tap stride, level path with some bat speed to pair.

Body: 6-0, 173.9-pounds.
Hit: RHH. Wide setup, knee-knock trigger, hits off front side. Flat path, hard contact to the middle of the field, line drive round. 65.5 mph bat speed with 11 G’s of rotational acceleration.
Power: 96 max exit velocity, averaged 89.7 mph. 333’ max distance.
Arm: RH. C - 76 mph. 3/4 slot, athletic/fluid action.
Defense: 2.07-2.19 pop times. Squatted stance, athletic mover, gains ground under control, upright upper body, quick jab step footwork.
Run: 7.44 runner in the 60.

Hit: RHH. Simple balance setup, smooth load to short leg stride. Easy repeatable short uphill swing, works gap-to-gap.
