3/28/17 Game Notes: 6-foot-2, 165 pound Dayton signee sat 85-87 with the fastball out of relief for the Greyhounds.  Fastball has some late life.  Breaking ball was 71-73 with 11/5 shape.  Has ability to throw it for strike.  Arm action is short with a high 3/4 slot.  Incorporates a hip lead with slight inward turn.  Front leg blocks well at land.  Worked behind in the count in his inning of work.  Aaron also had 2 hits offensively, including a double to the left-center field gap.

2/20/16: 6-foot-2, 165 pounds, pitches from a short, high ¾ arm action with quick arm speed.  Drop and drive delivery with regular effort.  Choppy rhythm.  Fastball was 84-86, but a little erratic.  Breaking ball sat 73-74 with gradual break.  Changeup was 76-77.  

6/25/15: The 6-foot-2 165 pound outfielder ran a 7.2 60 yard dash.  Offensively, he has a short stride and back load.  Bat path is level and maintains good balance.  Exit velocity was 83mph.  Defensively, he has good footwork and a fluid exchange.  Arm action is ¾ with above average strength at 85 mph.  On the mound pitches from a 3/4 slot with average arm speed.  Long arm action.  Tall to fall delivery with some rhythm.  Stays in line, lands square.  Fastball was 83-85 and kept down in the zone.  Breaking ball showed a sweeping action with occasional bite at 72-74.  Changeup has sink and thrown for a stirke at 76-77

2/22/15: 6-foot, 155 pound outfielder possesses a long, lean frame.  Possesses quick, fluid feet and plays through the baseball.  Was 88 from the outfield with carry and accuracy.  At the plate starts balanced with a smooth load.  Stride is short with average use of the lower half.  Showcased some bat speed with a good path to the baseball.  Gap to gap potential with fluid rhythm throughout the swing.  Recorded a high exit velo of 80 mph and ran a 7.51-60.  

PITCHING: 6-foot, 155 pounder pitches predominately out of the stretch.  High ¾ arm slot with above average arm speed.  Long arm action.  Good line to the plate, falls off towards 1B side.  Fastball was 82-84 and in the zone.  Breaking ball sat 70-72 with side spin.  Changeup was thrown for a strike at 73-76 with run and sink.  

9/21/14: The 6-foot, 140 pound sophomore showcased average hands from SS with average feet.  Showed the ability to get rid of the baseball.  Across the diamond was 71 mph.  Ran a 7.46 60.  From the OF showcased athletic actions with fluid feet.  Plays through the baseball well with a clean exchange.  Showcased some arm strength, 81 mph from the OF.  Offensively, starts balanced with a smooth load and short stride.  Average use of the lower half with good balance.  Hands are quick with a level path to the baseball.  Good rhythm throughout.  Registered an exit velo of 78 mph. RHP pitches from a ¾ slot with good arm speed.  Arm action is long.  Fastball was up to 78 mph with some sink, but erratic in the zone.  Slows arm down when throwing the breakingball, 58-63 mph. Changeup was thrown at near fastball arm speed with some fade at 66-68 mph.
