Hit: (RHH) Confident. Began in a closed stance with a tight load, then used a short controlled stride. Present bat speed. Good extension on his finish, rotational upward swing. Pull side aggressive approach.
Power: 103 mph exit velocity, average 91.9 mph. 72.3 mph bat speed average. 22.6 mph hand speed average.
Defense: (OF) Soft hands, fluid footwork, packing exchange. Athletic.
Arm: 95 mph outfield velocity. Long quick arm action, an-over-the-top slot.
Speed: 6.99 (60-yard).
Denham Kozy: OF/RHP, (2023) Munster, IN. 6-foot, 165-pound lean frame. Clocked a time of 7.48 in the 60-yard dash. Projectable in the box, the right-handed hitters best exit velocity was 88 mph. Started in an athletic tall stance with a small wrapping load, then used a leg kick right before his swing. Bat speed is very quick, uses a short swing plane with slight upward plane, plus efficiency on contact when front shoulder stays tight and inline towards the pitcher, good extension on his finish. During his round he produced a lot loud contact and found some barrels. Gap to gap approach. Throwing from the outfield, he displayed power in his arm with throws up to 88 mph; Has a twitchy exchange, sure consistent hands and athletic feet. Shows out front glove work. Used a loose arm action with an-over-the-top slot.

Barrel is flat at launch position and swing works flat in zone. Denham threw 80 mph from the outfield with good footwork, arm action and release. On the mound his FB sat 76-78, CB 57-58, and CH 60-61. Has a quick arm with good short arm action. Secondary stuff isn’t there yet, as he slows arm down on both off speed pitches.
