Cameron Carter: OF/LHP, (2024) Olathe West, KS. 6-foot, 155-pound athletic frame. During batting practice, Carter had a max exit velocity of 84 mph. Started in a tall stance with a low load, then used a leg kick. Bat speed is above average, uses upward swing plane and high finish. He Barreled up multiple balls with some loud contact. Gap to gap approach. Above average in the outfield, his best throws to the infield topped out at 81 mph; shows sure hands, choppy feet and a clean exchange. Consistent accuracy to the bases, used an-over-the-top slot with a stiff arm action. Established speed as one of his strengths with an efficient 60 time of 6.7. Projectable on the mound, used a short arm action and an over-the-top arm angle while showing good arm speed. Tall-and-fall type pitcher who shows some effort. He has even shoulders with consistent balance point. Lands open with an athletic finish. Produced a fastball that came in at 80-81 mph; shows running action, consistently around the zone. His changeup (65-66) showed some action.

Projectable on the mound, where he showed good arm speed, also used an over-the-top arm angle with a short arm action. Tall-and-fall type pitcher who shows some effort. Even shoulders and consistent balance point. Lands open with an athletic finish. Produced a fastball that came in at 80-81 mph and topped out at 81 mph; showed running action and around the zone command. He shows some action on his changeup (65-66).
