INF Jarren Hay (Olathe West, 2024; Butler CC) is a player to watch from this event. At 6-foot-4, 205-pounds, Hay put together one of the day’s best BP rounds, finding the barrel consistently with an 88% sweet-spot rate. Hay controls his long levers well for his age with a flat swing that stays through the zone and sprayed line drives gap-to-gap. Hay posted a 91 mph mark across the diamond to lead all fielders and showcased sure-handed actions to pair. Additionally, Hay also ran a 6.97 60, which was the second best time at the event.
