Hailing from a family that oozes baseball pedigree, INF Michael Politte (Linbergh) looked every bit the part of a follow prospect in Missouri’s 2024 group at this event. At 6-foot-1, 175-pounds, Politte generated easy loft from the right side and flashed pull-side power at times that should grow into more consistent juice as he continues to physically mature. Politte moved well on the infield and fired one of the day’s hardest bullets, topping at 85 mph across the diamond during his workout.
Positional Profile: SS/RHP
Body: 6-1, 175-pounds. Proportional frame with plenty of room for added physicality.
Hits: RHH. Tall stance, open base, hands start high over midline and drift back, strides short and in line. Loose levers, long and level path to contact. Upside to be an impact bat with added strength.
Power: 93 max exit velocity, averaged 82 MPH. 323' max distance.
Arm: RH. Loose arm with some length, high 3/4 slot. Advanced arm strength for age.
Defense: Defends with pace, feet play around the baseball, steady hands that play out front, clean transfer to release.
Run: 9.10 runner in the 60.

Body: 6-foot-0, 155-pounds. Athletic, projectable frame.
Hit: R. Tall, open stance, hands start high, minimal load, long stride. Long, level swing, flashed bat speed, weight finishes on the back leg, swing plays to pull.
Power: 89.63 max exit velocity, averaged 81.82 mph. 295’ max distance.
Arm: R. INF - 76 mph. Long arm action, 3/4 slot.
Defense: Athletic feet, works out in front, clean exchange, sure handed.
Run: 7.45 runner in the 60.
