Tirabassi is a 5-foot-10 160-pound right handed third baseman and pitcher. He ran a 7.35 60. Offensively- Starts shoulder width apart, hands out from his body with some pre pitch bat movement. Slight bend in the knee. Quiet, short stride for timing. Extends through the ball with a high one handed finish; whippy actions that produced an 85 MPH velocity. Works the middle of the field. Defensively- Athletic fielding position, keeps feet moving as he works through the ball and smooth transfer allow for a quick and accurate throw across the diamond. 73 MPH arm strength with some carry. Pitching- Sets up in the middle of the rubber, steps off to the side, brings hands to chest and knee slightly past belt. Spots up fastball well at 72-73 MPH, touching 74 MPH. More lower half drive and tempo would see velocity increase. Keeps off-speed low; curveball has 11-5 break at 59-61 MPH. 2020 grad who with a fundamental base that he can grow from.

Tirabassi has an athletic 5-foot-10, 160-pound body frame. Offensively – Tirabassi starts with a wide base, slightly outside shoulder width apart. He knees has slight bend, hands are in a relaxed position, and his head remains still. Tirabassi uses a small stride, short load, and quick hip rotation to attack the ball out in front. Tirabassi keeps his hands through the hitting zone, has a level bat plane, and has a short compact swing. He finishes balanced with slight upward tilt and hands finish high on his follow through. Tirabassi has an exit velocity off the tee of 77 MPH. Defensively – Tirabassi has active feet into the ball with a smooth and quick transfer into throwing motion. He stays athletic over the ball and shows skillful technique at his position. Improved arm strength a must to stay at 3B over the long term; currently at 71 MPH across the diamond.

5-foot-9, 140-pound athletic frame, registered home to first time of 4.71. Offensively - Sits deep in a spread stance; quiet feet, quick to the ball, limited pre-pitch movement allows for balance. Exit velocity of 78 MPH (up 1 MPH since February); quick hands allow him to turn on inside pitch; comfortable driving the ball to middle third and already shows gap power. Defensively - Active feet into the ball; creates momentum into his release. Smooth transfer from gloving to throwing motion. Could benefit from taking more direct routes to ball on defensive side. Improved arm strength a must to stay at 3B over the long term. Projects well at the corners as the bat will play.
