Long, wirey frame w/ promise. Film doesn’t do the effortless/ repeatable actions justice. FB creates some ride while tunneling from the same lower, loose arm slot. FB up to 87 w/ some SNK feel. Secondary was sharp across the board. Stock up in a big way.

Grant Jolly: SS/RHP, (2025) Wapakoneta, OH. 5-foot-11, 160-pound. (67.7 mph bat speed average). (20.9 mph hand speed average). Starts in a balanced quiet stance with a controlled load, then uses a small leg kick. Bat speed is efficient, displays an upward swing plane and high finish. Solid in the infield, had a live arm with throws that topped out at 86 mph; shows quick feet, sure hands, and a natural exchange. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front. Used a high ¾ slot with a quick arm action. Recorded a 60 time of 7.14 at the event. On the mound, showing some arm speed he had a high ¾ arm angle and a quick arm action. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who uses some effort. Has slight running action. (Max spin 1952; Avg 1801). Showed a 10/4 slider with late action. (Max spin 2003; Avg 1939).

Starts in an athletic quiet stance with a controlled load, then uses a small leg kick. Bat speed is efficient, shows a loose uphill swing plane and high finish. Solid showed his live arm in the infield with position velocities up to 88 mph; showed a natural exchange, sure hands, and consistent feet. Fielded the ball out front with athletic movement laterally. Had a loose arm action and a high ¾ slot. During the event, clocked a 60 time of 7.04. Solid on the mound, showed a compact arm action and a high ¾ arm angle with consistent arm speed Drop-and-drive type pitcher who uses some effort. Has an athletic balance point. Has slight running action. (Max spin 2247; Avg 2195). Shows some action on his 11/5 curveball. (Max spin 2276; Avg 2211). Threw a 10/4 slider with late action. (Max spin 2217; Avg 1978).

5-foot-10, 155-pound lean frame. Solid at the plate, Jolly clocked an exit velocity of 90 mph. (65.9 mph bat speed average). (19.6 mph hand speed average). Starts in a tall narrow stance with a controlled load, then uses a short stride. Bat speed is quick and uses a level swing plane. Solid while in the infield, made throws at velocities up to 84 mph; had soft hands, consistent average footwork, and a clean exchange. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball deep. Used a ¾ slot with a quick arm action. Recorded a 60 time of 7.33 at the event. Solid on the mound, showing quick arm speed he used a loose arm action with a ¾ arm angle. Drop-and-drive up-tempo type pitcher and uses easy effort. Produced a fastball that came in at 83-86 mph; has sinking action with heavy movement. (Max spin 1945; Avg 1845). Wipeout 12/6 curveball (65-66). (Max spin 2134; Avg 2014). His changeup (74-75) has gradual fading action. Throws a sharp slider (67-70) that has late action. (Max spin 1986; Avg 1981).

Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Used a high ¾ slot and a quick arm action. On the mound, had a clean arm action and a high ¾ arm angle with consistent arm speed. Tilt-and-topple type pitcher and shows easy effort. Sat with his fastball at 85-87 mph. Has slight running action. (Max spin 2194; Avg 2143). Threw a 11/5 curveball (67-69) with slurvey action. (Max spin 2191; Avg 2132). His changeup (77-78) had some action. Ran a 4.17 30 yard dash.
