Hit: Left-handed hitter that starts in a balanced setup. Uses a back load to hands during controlled stride for timing. One of the better rounds we saw on the day, distributing the ball around the yard with natural spin. Talented hit tool who’s tools/feel for contact make him a guy who could fit in multiple roles inside a lineup. Power: Gap abilities. Offensive Projection: Multiple ROles. Field: Solid showing in the infield. Mechanically sound with soft hands and dependable ball skills. Throw: Ball comes out well. Clean arm. Defensive Projection: 2B.
Delivery/Scouting Notes: 2024 out of bath high school. Works with good tempo to a delivery that requires regular effort. Fastball: Sinking fastball that was in the teens consistently with inches of induced vertical break. Should add more velo with maturity. Breaking Ball: 11/5 shaped offering that pops out of the hand with gradual break. Changeup: Pitch shows potential. Good sell with similar sink to fastball. Pitchability: In/out throughout bullpen.
