Began in an open balanced stance with a smooth quick load, then used a short stride. Bat speed was average, and displayed an upward level swing plane. Athletic in the infield, his best throw was recorded at 78 mph; has soft hands, a clean exchange, and athletic feet. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Recorded a time of 7.7 in the 60-yard dash. On the mound, used a loose arm action with a ¾ arm angle while showing quick arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and shows some effort. Showed an athletic balance point. Produced a fastball that came in at 75-80 mph; has running action and arm side command. Throws a 11/5 curveball (67-68) that has plus action. Showed fading action and arm side control on his changeup (73-75). His 11/5 slider (69-69) has plus action.
