6-foot-3, 192 pound well built, physical frame with a ¾ arm slot showed great command and mix of three pitches. Fastball topped at 86 with heavy glove-side run. Curveball with tight spin and plus ability to locate it at 73-75. Changeup was 80-82 and kept at the knees with a little tumble towards the end. Stahl’s mechanics were fluid bringing excellent rhythm and generating great energy down the mound throughout his delivery. Aggressive style with talented ability. A fluid infielder with athletic actions. His feet moved smoothly and was very agile for his size. Tosses the ball with ease across the infield. A middle of the lineup type bat that showed off the most raw power of the event. Pre launch movements generate a ton of energy into contact. Ball explodes off his bat showing the ability to leave the yard presently. Stahl looks to be a legitimate two-way candidate at the next level.

Infield Velocity: 78

Exit Velocity: 96

2019 3B Nate Stahl (Walsh Jesuit HS) is much more than a 92 mph arm off the bump. The Wright State commit showed big time raw power in BP along with more than a capable skill set at third base. At the plate he has some moving parts and will get around the ball at times but when he finds the barrel its different. Due to his natural loft, everything Stahl hits is in the air, blasting multiple no doubters to left field and a ton of loud misses. His arm is a big tool but one would assume it will play on the bump and at the hot corner for the Raiders.

60-yard dash: 7.55

Infield Velocity: 70

Exit Velocity: 97

6-foot-1, 185-pound athletic build. Definitely a possible two-way prospect. On the mound he shows good tempo and rhythm. Lands on line at foot strike with good direction to the plate. His delivery requires regular effort. Throws with a long arm action into a high ¾ slot. Fastball sat 76-79 mph. Curveball sat 65-67 mph on an 11/5 tilt with gradual break. At the plate the righty starts in a balanced, slightly open set up and uses a toe-turn load to get back to even and initiate his lower half. Uses a bat tip to load his upper half creating added whip through the zone. Does a good job of separating his lower half from his upper half and was able to consistently find the barrel in batting practice. Exit velocity was 85 mph and he ran a 5.00 from home to first. In the infield he showed quiet feet and soft hands. Using a quick transfer he was able to get rid of the ball quickly through a low ¾ slow with 71 mph arm strength across the diamond.
