Began in a balanced wide stance with a quick compact load, then used a quick controlled stride. Bat speed is quick above average, uses a short upward swing plane and high finish. Barreled up multiple balls with some loud contact. Line drive base hit approach. Smooth advanced in the infield, displayed a velocity of 71 mph; has twitchy soft hands, athletic rhythmic feet, and a quick twitchy exchange. Movements laterally were athletic quick and he fields the ball out front. Athletic projectable on the mound, showing quick good arm speed he used a ¾ arm angle and a long quick arm action. Slow-tempo drop-and-drive type pitcher who uses high effort. Displays even shoulders with an athletic balance point. Lands square with a falling off finish. Shows both sides of the plate control and running tailing action with tight movement. (Max spin 2183; Avg 2053). Throws a 10/4 curveball with sweeping slurvey action and around the zone command. (Max spin 2311; Avg 2264). Shows command around the zone and slight action on his heavy changeup. Has sweeping action and control around the zone on his sharp slider. (Max spin 2214; Avg 2147).
