6-foot-4, 170-pound, wiry frame. The right-hander throws from a ¾ slot with a long arm swing. His fastball was 87-88 mph early and settled in at 85-86 mph with very little movement to it. Threw a breaking that was 76-79 mph with 11-5 shape and occasionally dropping down for more 10-4 action. The breaking ball was his primary strikeout pitch.

Blue has a long-limbed, wiry, projectable frame at 6-foot-4, 170-pounds. The right-hander works from a low-¾ slot with a long, slinging arm stroke and downward reach out of the glove. High leg lift at the top of his delivery with good tempo down the mound. Fastball was 82-84 mph with average life. Curveball showed tight 10/4 rotation with late break at 70-72 mph. Turns his changeup over at release with depth to finish at 76-77 mph.

Blue has a long-limbed, projectable pitchers frame at 6-foot-4, 170-pounds. The right-hander works from a ¾ slot with a long reach out of the glove and some deception in his delivery. His fastball topped out at 85, sitting mostly 80-83 with arm side run. Slider has 10/4 shape and flashes depth at 71 mph. Changeup has heavy fade at 75 mph

Blue has a long-limbed frame at 6-foot-4, 170-pounds, and works from ¾ slot. His fastball was mostly 84-86, topping out at 87 a couple of times with arm side run. His most effective off speed pitch was his changeup that has arm side fade at 74-78 mph. Also throws a slurvey breaking ball at 70-73 with 10/4 shape. Look for Blue to continue to climb as he grows into his frame and starts to sync up and repeat his delivery.

Blue has a projectable, high-waisted, lanky frame at 6-foot-3, 165-pounds. The right-hander works from a ¾ slot with a long, loose arm swing, good lower-half mobility with a high leg kick, and nice hip turn with a drop-and-drive delivery as he gets down the mound. His fastball only sat 79-82 mph, topping out at 83 mph, but its easy to dream with his frame and athleticism that his velocity could jump as he continues to add strength to his frame. His slider has still-developing 10/4 shape at 67 mph, and he even drops down to a lower-¾ slot to throw it at times. Mixes in a changeup with slight fade at 73-75 mph. A two-way player and left-handed hitter, Blue has an open, balanced setup and early, smooth rhythm as he loads back with a slight toe-tap. Lands balanced into his launch position with his hands back, aggressive swing as he rotates his hips to whip the barrel through the zone. Blue posted an exit velocity of 85 mph, and threw 84 mph from the outfield.
