During the remainder of the year we will be counting down to number one. Today we continue with the 3rd most viewed player profile of the calendar year (2,782 views).

Physical: 6-foot-4, 240 pounds; Imposing, physical presence. 7.94 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Athletic, balanced stance; medium leg kick. average effort with quick to the ball, flat path; 6 degree bat angle into the zone via Blast Motion. Zambito is able to produce 8.7 G’s of force with an on-plane efficiency of 66%. Line drives to his pull gap; average Trackman exit velocity of 83 MPH; peak exit velo was 98 MPH.
Defensively: One knee receiver, on two feet in throwing situations; slightly narrow base, gets out of the crouch with ease, good footwork. soft hands, seamless transfer; medium arm swing with a low 3/4 arm slot. 1.97-2.03 pop times. C - 73 MPH. INF - 80 MPH.
Featured quality feel for a physically advanced 6-foot-3, 235-pound frame with raw power in everything he does. The right-handed hitter begins with a balanced, even stance utilizing a knee-knock stride to initiate a violent, slightly uphill barrel path into the hitting zone. Generated above-average hip-shoulder separation unleashing a loud barrel with whip through contact yielding an impressive 99 mph bat-exit velocity during batting practice. Had the top round of the day using an advanced lower half to repeatedly pepper the deep left centerfield gap with natural pull-side lift at the plate. Ran a 4.75 home-to-first. The primary backstop showcased adequate receiving skills with a soft glove hand at the catch point. Pop times ranged from 1.95-2.00 on accurate throws of 79 mph from the crouch out of a fluid, high ¾ arm-slot, utilizing quality straight line footwork and quick, repeatable transfers. Displayed comfortability while blocking, beating the ball to the spot with the glove and working laterally to shield the baseball towards the plate.
6-foot-3, 235-pound right-handed hitter starts from a square stance and uses a controlled lift-and-replace stride to begin. Displayed balance throughout while attacking the ball with intent creating consistent backspin. Registered a bat exit velocity of 96 mph and ran a 7.71 60-yard dash. Showcased capable defensive actions at both corner infield postions with 85 mph arm strength across the diamond.
6-foot-3, 215-pound right-handed impresses with much more balanced swing mechanics and elevated feel for the barrel. He now starts from a square stance and initiates his swing with a controlled lift-and-replace stride. Flashed pull side power with a bat exit velocity of 92 mph. Showcased confident actions around the bag at first base with a soft glove hand and 83 mph arm strength across the diamond. Also showed capable actions at third base and ran a 7.78 60-yard dash.
Physical 6-foot-3, 205-pound right-handed hitter starts from a slightly open stance and initiates his swing with a leg-hang stride. Showcased some pop to the pull side when on time to the hitting zone with an event best bat exit velocity of 91 mph. Ran a 7.82 60-yard dash and displayed capable actions at first base with 86 mph arm strength across the diamond. Also worked out at third base, showing a developing skill set with average range and footwork.
6-foot-2 , 185-pound primary pitcher sat 73-75 from a high 3/4 arm slot with a balanced, repeatable delivery. Curveball showed 11/5 shape with solid rotation at 63-65 and changeup was thrown at near fastball arm speed at 68-69. Right-handed hitter starts from a slightly open stance and utilizes a leg-lift stride. Displayed a solid feel for the barrel with a bat exit velocity of 84 mph. Ran a 8.10 60-yard dash and showcased 76 mph arm strength from the outfield. Also showed the ability to handle defensive chores at first base.
